HOW TO ORDER YOUR UNIQUE CRYSTAL PHOTO PENDANT:

 
1. Choose your preferred colour option from the drop down list below and pay for your pendant by clicking the 'add to cart' button  
 
2. In addition to your order confirmation, you will also receive an email requesting your image. Simply follow the instructions to send us your photo.
 
3. Within a few working days we will email you a preview of how your crystal will look.  When you are happy with the look, the image is lasered, using the latest technology, into your piece of crystal
 
4. Your order is dispatched and e-mail notification is sent to you.

NB:
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the preview & do not wish to proceed, we will refund your payment in full. Rest assured 100% customer satisfaction is our aim.
Whole order process may take up to 14 days.
Pendants are best suited to one image, however if your photo has more than one image please e-mail it to us & we will let you know if it can be made to fit.
