 Delivery:
UK: We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days of cleared payment (except for custom orders which
may take upto 21 days) and use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded &
Standard Parcels and Special Delivery services with insurance. Your items will be dispatched by
whichever method you select via the checkout process.
 International:
We deliver Worldwide and aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of cleared
payment. All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Air Mail.
 Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know by email within 24 hours of receipt.
You may return your order, (at your own expense) for a full refund, (less original postage costs) within 7 days. Item must be in the same
condition as when dispatched by us, complete with all original packing, wrappers & boxes and you MUST
obtain proof of postage.
Damages/Faults: Damages or faults must be notified to us by email within 24 hours of receipt
and returned within 7 days, complete with all original packing, wrappers & boxes
(proof of postage MUST be obtained). You will be reimbursed for Royal Mail 1st class postage
(unless otherwise agreed) for return postage. A replacement will be despatched or refund issued upon
receipt of damaged item.
Lost Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the timescales below,
in the first instance please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you.
Royal Mail will not treat an item as lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date
and your order may turn up within this time. If it is still not delivered after this date you must
contact us within 3 days and we will send replacements out to you.
Lost items reported to us after this deadline will not be eligible for replacement. Within 15 days we will
do our best to help you and send replacements at our discretion. Rest assured you will have our best
attention at all times.
All Postage and Packing Charges
All postage rates are based upon the total weight of your order and all items are sent via Royal Mail with
a choice of services to suit you
The most cost effective option is selected automatically, but you have the option to over-ride this at the
checkout stage and select any of the following:
- 1st Class Standard
: 1-2 working days
- 2nd Class Standard
: 3 working days or more
- 1st Class Recorded
: 1-2 working days with signature
- 2nd Class Recorded
: 3 working days or more with signature
- Standard Parcels, (for heavier items)
: 3 working days or more
- Air Mail
: 3-5 working days
